By syncing directly with your calendar, it ensures that every Google Meet or Zoom session is captured, analyzed, and summarized without a single manual click. The Challenge
In a world of back-to-back virtual calls, the “administrative tax” of meetings has become a major productivity drain. Important action items are often lost, manual note-taking distracts participants from the actual discussion, and sending out Minutes of Meetings (MoM) usually takes hours, if it happens at all.
Teams needed a way to bridge the gap between a live conversation and a searchable, actionable record. The goal was to create a “set-and-forget” system that didn’t just record audio, but understood the context of the meeting in real-time.
What We Built
We engineered an end-to-end automation pipeline that transforms a simple calendar invite into a structured knowledge asset.
Autonomous Presence: Meetlio monitors your Google or Outlook calendar and automatically joins Zoom or Google Meet sessions as a digital participant precisely when they start.
Live Diarized Transcription: The system captures high-fidelity audio, instantly tagging speakers and providing accurate timestamps, so you always know who said what and when.
In-Meeting Intelligence Panel: While the meeting is live, users can access a side panel to “chat with the meeting.” You can ask, “What was the budget mentioned five minutes ago?” or get instant overview points and answers to questions being asked by other participants.
Automated MoM Distribution: As soon as the call ends, Meetlio’s AI synthesizes the transcript into a professional summary. These minutes, including key decisions and action items, are automatically emailed to every participant on the invite list.
